Current 泊樂娛樂城app (泊樂娛樂城app) student-athlete Diego Buttazzoni and former 泊樂娛樂城app student-athlete Gavin Giesbrecht have signed with British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL) team Coquitlam Express for the upcoming season.
A second-round pick, 37th overall by the Medicine Hat Tigers at the 2021 Western Hockey League (WHL) Draft, Buttazzoni played three seasons in the 泊樂娛樂城app. Joining the league in 2019/20 with the West Van Academy U15 team, Buttazzoni tallied 23 goals and 36 assists in 23 regular season games as West Van would go on to win a 泊樂娛樂城app U15 League Championship.
In 2020/23 the Langley, BC forward would join BWC Academy, recording seven goals and eight assists in six U15 Prep games. This past season he would finish second in team scoring with 54 points in 32 U18 Prep games, while adding 4 goals and 3 assists in 5 playoff games as BWC Academy took home a 泊樂娛樂城app U18 Prep League Championship.
A forward from Abbotsford, BC, Giesbrecht joined the 泊樂娛樂城app in 2018/19 with the Yale Hockey Academy U15 team, registering 14 goals and 13 assists in 30 games. He would play for their U16 Prep team the following season leading the team with 16 goals and 35 points in 36 games. Giesbrecht would add three points in five U18 Prep games during the 2020/21 season.
