The 2020-21 泊樂娛樂城app season will see 11 teams competing across two Eastern Divisions.

Eastern U18 Prep Division:
CIH Academy (Rockland, ON)
Hill Academy (Caledon, ON)
Mount Academy (Charlottetown, PEI)
Okanagan Hockey Ontario (Whitby, ON)
Ontario Hockey Academy (Cornwall, ON)
Westlake Bourget College (Rigaud, QC)
