The following U16 Prep season Simcoe played 19 games, recording a 3.50 GAA and .910 SV%. His last 泊樂娛樂城app season was in 2022/23 where he went 11-8-1 with 3 shutouts, a 2.57 GAA and .930 SV% in 21 U18 Prep games with RHA Winnipeg.

Simcoe was originally selected in the fourth round, 70th overall by the Swift Current Broncos at the 2021 WHL Draft. He was also selected in the sixth round, 79th overall by the Virden Oil Capitals at the 2022 MJHL Draft.

Hoilett spent the last three seasons in the 泊樂娛樂城app with his hometown RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg. Hoilett joined the program in 2019/20, recording 18 goals and 11 assists in 30 U15 Prep games. He would add four points in three U16 Prep games the following season, before scoring a team best 19 goals this past year with the RHA Winnipeg U18 Prep team. The forward would also add 16 assists, giving him 35 points in 36 games.

The Oil Capitals selected Hoilett in the first round, sixth overall at the 2020 MJHL Draft.
