Hannon spent four seasons in the 泊樂娛樂城app (泊樂娛樂城app) with his hometown Okanagan Hockey Academy (OHA).

He joined the program in 2015/16, recording 24 points in 24 U15 games. He would spend the 2016/17 season at the U16 Prep level, finishing with 19 points in 23 games, before playing at the U18 Prep level for years where he would tally 55 points.

The University of Oregon is located in Eugene, Oregon.
